Zhouxiaolong (Max) Lu

My name is Zhouxiaolong Lu and I go by Max, I got my master’s degree in finance at UCSD and I have been actively participating in the real estate industry for almost 6 years. I was a project coordinator at Southern California Construction, where I was in charge of opening several commercial places and negotiated contracts with vendors, designers, architects, etc. Furthermore, I have experience investing in residential properties since 2016 and the equity value of the properties that I invested in has increased more than 50%. Therefore, I would like to bring my experience and expertise in real estate, finance, construction to help customers to obtain their dream home.
