My career began in entrepreneurship. I ran my own business for years before moving into home remodeling and rehabs. After years working in construction, I earned my real estate license. That experience gave me firsthand knowledge of how homes are built, where problems are likely to arise, and what separates quality renovation from corner-cutting.

I also own numerous investment properties, so I understand the realities of evaluating a property, assessing renovation costs, managing risk, and maximizing cash flow. I make these decisions with both short- and long-term goals in mind, and I bring that perspective to the opportunities and challenges my clients face.
