Often times, you just need a soundboard to share your ideas and experience new ones. But, who can you trust to value these ideas and expand them? Those that walk their walk and live their talk are those that you can build win win relationships with.
From the solid bonds and relationships formed, comes the power of cultivating magnificence. Be selective in who you choose. Look for the people that you can build foundational relationships with and tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. In the power of solid bonds, you will find the power of trust.
Judit grew up in Budapest, Hungary. In her early age, she became a swimmer and later on she played water polo. She has always been interested in sports. These days she plays golf, enjoying nature and the game itself. In the early 90s she met with her husband and came to the United States. Judit loved being involved with both of her children’s school and sports activities, as they were growing up. Being a team mom for baseball, soccer, and football gave her whole family unforgettable memories and experiences. Although, learning how to keep score for baseball was a challenge, however, because of that she became a huge baseball fan.
Her life has always been filled with many unbelievable opportunities, which she’s extremely grateful for. Right after finishing College, she ran clubs and opened her first restaurant with her best friends when she was only 27. She became passionate about real estate in her early 20s. Judit bought her first home just after her 22nd birthday and remodeled her first investment property at age 26. “The joy and excitement to see people move into their dream homes and I have something to do with that, has the feeling that nothing can be compared to!”
Judit and her husband choose to move to Calabasas when their first child was born. Many families choose to live in the West San Fernando Valley area, like Calabasas, West Hills, Chatsworth, or Sherman Oaks because of the family life style and the strength of the school system. Her experience and involvement, because of sports and the schools her children attended as they were growing up, make her greatly qualified to help her clients understand the nuances of the different school systems in the area. Her goal is to ultimately guide families towards purchasing a home in the area that is also the best fit for their children. As a licensed Real-Estate professional and as an investor, she believes, the Real-Estate market always presents new and exciting opportunities.
Judit is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR).
For every home Judit sells, she donates a portion of her income to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Children Hospital Los Angeles.
